- Move to the highest floor you can reach.
- Take your phone, power bank, medication and documents with you.
- Turn off the power at the main switch if it is safe and dry to do so.
- Call 1784 to report the situation and ask for help.
Do not
- Do not walk or drive through moving floodwater.
- Do not touch electrical switches or wiring with wet hands.
- Do not go back for belongings once you have left.
